Affordable Housing at Elevé Apartments

Elevé Apartments, located at at 200 East Broadway, will rent 14 units as affordable housing to very low income households. These 14 units consist of a mix of studios, 1 bedroom lofts and 2 bedroom units.

Tenants will be selected through a lottery process. 200 applications will be selected. Priority will be given to very low income applicants who live and/or work in Glendale.

Applications will be made available for a two week period only, beginning on Monday, August 5 and ending on Monday, August 19.  

Applications can be downloaded and printed at the Community Development Department's Housing Division webpage starting August 5th. They will also be available during normal business hours at the following locations:

To be included in the lottery, your application must be postmarked no later than 8/19/2013 and mailed to:
