Adults 62 years of age or older and/or disabled adults 18 years and older may now apply to be added to the Park Paseo waiting list. The 98- unit apartment building for elderly and disabled persons will open its waiting list on September 11, 2013 and will closed once again on September 25, 2013.
Applicants must meet HUD Income Limits for Los Angeles County, which are no more than $29,000 per year for a single person household and no more than $33,150 per year for a two person household. Residents will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income towards rent.
