Providing excellent customer service is a top priority for the staff at the City's Permit Services Center (PSC). That is why we've taken steps to improve your customer experience when visiting our office. We are happy to announce that we are now offering online appointment scheduling. This will minimize your wait time the next time you visit the PSC. Appointments can be scheduled from the comfort of your home computer and from any smart phone or tablet. The PSC offers a variety services including business registrations, dog licensing, contractor licensing, planning & zoning and more.

The online appointment scheduling service is the latest of several upgrades that have been made at the PSC designed to improve customer experience. Other improvements include the installation of an electronic customer flow management system and the streamlining of applications and forms. Walk in customers are still welcomed and accepted during regular counter hours.

We value your time and we hope that this new service will help us improve the quality of service which we provide to our customers. If you do not have internet access and cannot schedule an appointment online, our staff will continue to take "walk-ins" during regular counter hours.
